If you like to get tossed around by sells man lied to by the used sales manager get sold insurances that are not neccerasry and most importantly get a half delivered car with scratches please visit your local south motors BMW and purchase their certified used cars

I purchased my dream car from south motors BMW. Nevertheless, my experience was comparable to a visit to the DMV. Because of my budget I purchased a pre-owned BMW. The car was beautiful and it had all of the perfect features moreover, like any used car it needed some love. I got a lease on 228I and the sale person was great. Thank you to Peter! However, I am so disappointed and frustrated with their services. AWFUL. I left my car on Wednesday afternoon after scheduling an appointment with them the week before. Arriving on time for my appointment, my advisor tell me he will do it tomorrow morning. Es la segunda vez y la ultima no regreso El Carro entra Al service por un problema y sale con otro y quieren q uno pague por cosas q se rompen cuando Ellos estan haciendo reparaciones y entonce dice q es coincidencias q se rompen otras cosas son un gran grupos de ladrones

Took my car for service.. when I picked it up my windshield was cracked all the way to the top. Nobody mentioned anything to me (probably hoping id quickly drive off and not notice.) Im a woman but I'm not stupid. On top of that, my car had a dent about the size of a golf ball on the door... no mention of that either. To make everything worse, after spending over 9k on repairs, they decided to "wash my car". THEY WET IT and somehow made it even more dirty. Each visit was over 2 hours long... will never return.

Run don't walk away from this dispicable dealership. Don't stand behind their product. Damaged my new car on service visit and refused to fix it. True xxxxxxxx

Bought a BMW X1 from South motor BMW and my sales man was Allen , He was such a great person and had zero problems with him and helped me out as much as he could but the management there is the worth thing ever. I was lied to from 3 different managers and basically threaten me about everything . I would never go back to dealership just because most the people there only want to take your money and scam you. PLEASE stay AWAY!

Tengo muy mala experiencia en este dealer. Hice un trade in. y se demoraron 25 días para hacer el pay off. Fatal!!!, tuve un pago tarde por el mal trabajo de este lugar. Esto no es todo. El auto que compre con garantía tuvo un problema en las luces, lo lleve a fin de año, se demoran un mundo en determinar los problemas, otro tanto en ordenar las piezas de recambio.
