Michelle made buying a car so simple and fun. Usually, it's sort of a pain in the butt..not with her!! She definitely knows her stuff and is so passionate about making your experience awesome!! she really rolled out the red carpet for sure!! I hate buying cars, but Michelle actually made the process fun. She was always professional and very knowledgeable about BMWs. I am sure it was not a pleasant experience for her as it took a month to finally decide, but she was always positive and upbeat. Never losing her sense of humor.
