This was our second purchase experience with Michelle and she was amazing yet again! She truly cares about her customers and it shows in everything she does. She goes above and beyond anything you expect to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. Her "after purchase" service is comparable to none! I was very uninformed when I showed up at the dealership. I probably should have done more homework, but Michelle and Richard really made doing so unnecessary. I never felt any pressure the entire time. They gave me real opinions and great advice, and I ended up with, really, the perfect vehicle for me at a great price. From the moment we arrived, Robert made us feel welcome. He answered all our questions as we took a test drive. We drove from TN to make our purchase of a 2014 BMW M6 and it was well worth the trip. Robert followed up with a courtesy call to be sure our trip home was great and see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend Moss BMW to anyone.

Mr. Ray was very knowledgeable about the vehicles they offer. I was never pressured to purchase anything, but he was very welcoming and accommodating with all of our questions. He made sure we were treated well from when we first walked in until the completion of the sale, and beyond.
