I have owned a BMW since 1981 and was Vice President of HR for BMW Manufacturing Corp when we started the plant 1993-1998. Alex Greene was the very professional sales associate who assisted me and Austin Bragg was my BMW genius. My spouse and I were blown away by the customer service that this company has. From Flo to our sales lady Emily to every employee we ran into, or who rounded the corner they all had amazing smiles on their faces and all said hello. This is how a true company should be. They give you the 5 star treatment and go way above and beyond. Also amazing team work I obviously observed whilst sitting in my chair. I will only forever shop at this dealership from now on. I have been a loyal Mercedes customer since 2010, but have been disappointed with our local Mercedes dealer here in Charleston, for a while now, & for numerous reasons.
