RecommendedI highly recommend RHB. My wife and I rented a house, on Kiawah Island for my birthday weekend, and brought our 3 dogs. On our first night on Kiawah, our car failed to start and left us stranded, miles from our beach house. I called RHB and left a voicemail describing the problem and symptoms we experienced with our car and advising them to expect our car to arrive on Monday, via tow truck. We recently purchased two cars from Todd Taylor, and I can honestly say this was THE BEST car shopping experience I have ever had. First off, the dealership is set up with salaried salesmen, so Todd was interested in finding us the right car at the right price for our family rather than being incentivized to get us into any vehicle he could at the highest price. Drove down from Murrells Inlet to visit the dealership. One of the most positive car buying experiences I’ve participated in. Todd Taylor was the sales rep who helped me, and though I’m an easy customer until I am not, I’m not sure he could’ve done a better job. There was a little pressure on add ons during the finance stage, but that’s par for the course these days. Overall, it was a good experience and I will consider them for my next used auto purchase, as I don’t buy brand new. Great job guys. Keep it up.
