Had a low tire pressure indicator on our new BMW last week while on vacation to Kiawah Island. Stopped into the service department when they opened & Mr. Frank was very helpful! He got my vehicle back right away, gave our children candy & was polite and professional. I was wary of receiving prompt service from a dealership we didn't purchase from and was pleased to have been so wrong! Y'all are a class act! Thanks so much!!
