The sales and service were both helpful and gave me a feeling my Mini was OK. Just needed some small repairs and new tires. They did a great job and I will return. Happy Holidays and New Year.

This is my first BMW, I am also a ASE Auto tech and Heavy Truck mechanic and make my paycheck working on military MRAP vehicles. Have worked at independent shops as well. So being the customer is new to me. I know how customers are normally treated/regarded at other shops and other inside info about shop profit I'd rather not go into. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've EVER had; they worked diligently to accomplish the deal and because of my busy work schedule even delivered the car to me in Myrtle Beach that night - talk about going the extra mile- or in this case the extra 180 miles! Wow! What a difference ! BMW heard my complaints and called me the next day to make arrangements to fix the scratches and dents (FREE OF CHARGE), they gave me a brand new X5 MSPORT for my inconvenience and even had the entire car detailed inside and out including a first place finish wax/detail, my car looks brand new now and I'm so happy!
