I was able to get my oil changed, rear differential fluid, tires swapped and wheel alignment all in the same day without any hassle. Great service, thanks Rob! Oh and they also record a video of your car being serviced in the bay and send it to your phone, going over the work to be performed...that alone made me feel more comfortable about getting work done on my M for sure!
"Great Customer Care from the BMW Service Dept" Sean, my Service Manager, was extremely patient, attentive, and professional. He helped me resolve an iDrive issue that persisted. Additionally, Sean has been very accommodating to my schedule needs and has recommended (or gotten) a loaner car for me. Sean was able to connect me with Mike, the Shop Forman, who emailed me the successful iDrive settings to have my wi-fi working properly. Always a pleasant and professional experience working with Sean and the BMW Service team.
