"My recent experience getting my X5 serviced for a flat..." My recent experience getting my X5 serviced for a flat tire was outstanding. The repair was done when Sean said it would be and the vehicle was wiped down to sanitize the common touch areas, which I really appreciate.
"Unbelievable Experience" This is the most modern well laid out dealership I have ever been. The service department was fast and efficient. The customer waiting area was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The service tech send me a video of a problem area he recommended be fixed! All the staff were wearing masks and using percussions needed in place. Before receiving the loaner, they wiped the car and sanitized the surfaces as well as the time I picked up my car.
