"Outstanding service visit as always! Service department..." Outstanding service visit as always! Service department was able to fix a small problem with the rear sunroof not opening. They always keep you informed as the work is being done.
"Excellent Service by Beaver Ho!" Check engine light came on and I drove by BMW of Sterling without an appointment. Beaver Ho (Service Advisor) jumped on the unexpected problem right away and arranged for a loaner. The repair turned out to be more extensive than initially appeared, and Beaver coordinated the extended warranty claim and service. It took two weeks, but I was never without a car, and there was no bill! Beaver kept me informed and went above and beyond!

"Excellent service during the Quarantine" My wife & I had previously scheduled maintenance/repairs for our 2 BMWs, and Robin Jones was kind enough to arrange for the entire job to be performed without requiring any travel on our part. The cars pickup/delivery were handled expertly - and safely - and the 2020 loaner was fun to drive. I have never had issues with any service they have performed on my cars. My service advisor, Robin, is awesome.
