"2018 M550 Service with Sean Spicher" I recently brought my 2018 M550 in for a tire repair, which was under the tire and wheel protection warranty. Dealt with Sean Spicher at check-in, through out the claims process, and at check-out. Everything was seamless. I go out of my way, past three different dealerships, because I know Sean is always willing to help and is so nice and pleasant. I have recommended numerous friends and family and all have been pleased.
