"Coolant leak during 4th of July week. " ROBERT HARRELL the service advisor really helped me during a busy week at the dealer. They didnt gave any loaner cars available so they gave me a shuttle to Expedia and paid for my rental car. During the inspection of my coolant leak they found an oil leak and reason to repair my front and back breaks all cost covered under my soonly expiring warranty. "Excellent customer service " I have been in for service a few of times now and have always received excellent customer service. One of the times was to diagnose the vehicle not starting. The techs were quick to point to the starter being the problem. My service advisor came to me with options for service and got me into a loaner promptly. Once they removed the starter they tested it to make sure it was the problem instead of blindly installing a new one hoping to fix it.
