Always polite curious and delivers on time. "Good customer service!" I took my X1 in for breaks pads change, was greeted by Elijah, very nice guy. He arranged the service and suggested oil change since it apparently was due soon. He also arranged my ride to my work and back, kept me informed of the progress and returned car nicely washed and vacuumed. Thank you!

"Excellent experience." Vance is the absolute best. This is how a car buying experience should be. Everything was handled so quickly and easily. Vance constantly kept me informed on each and every step of my deal. I had to think of things to ask because he was so thorough.
