"Great service experience " My past 2 visits at the service department were really disappointed to the point I had almost decided not to come back. "Great service experience " I purchased my car from Sterling BMW 2 years ago and have had exceptional service for each service appointment. Most recently, I had my car towed there after hitting a pot hole and needed a new tire. They had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting and completed the repairs expeditiously. They were also great at communicating during each step of the process.
