"Great customer service" Arrive at the dealership to have my BMW looked at because the "check engine soon" light was on. Robin Jones provided great insight and customer service for me, she also informed me that there was a recall for my BMW X3 and that this could provide the service on the spot.
"Pure Excellence" I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts. "Best Customer Service Ever" My wife purchased her dream car from Sterling and the staff rolled out the red carpet. I was extremely impressed by the level of service. It was a special day she’ll always remember.
"Decent people, responsive" Regarding sales: bought my car from Ralf Berthiez--decent guy, no games, no BS. When I am out at the dealership, I look forward to stopping by and saying hello to Ralf. I recommend him highly. Regarding service--bottom line: I live in Georgetown; there are other dealerships more convenient, but I plan to stay with Sterling BMW. I will ask for Beaver specifically and I am grateful for the loaner car.

Professional, personal, responsive and he listened to everything we asked and translated that into a real wonderful experience. No rush, no pressure and quick customer service.
