"Friendly and smooth experience" This is my 2nd X5 with this exact same dealership, 10 years apart. Andrii is very friendly and honest. He made the normally hassal process into a very friendly experience. I will definitely come back to Andrii and this dealership for my 3rd X5 in the future.

This is my second BMW and this experience was the total opposite (in a good way) compared to my first purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The facilities are immaculate.
