"Excellent." This is my first visit to Sarasota BMW. My auto was purchased in Canada, and there was a malfunction of the AC and was a warranty issue. This was handled in a very professional manner and communicated well, provided me with a rental vehicle while waiting for replacement parts. Tiffany Ferrara was service contact person and managed the entire problem very well.
