"It was a bit unorganized when I came to pick up my car...." It was a bit unorganized when I came to pick up my car. Was told to go to concierge who in turn told me to see my rep. My rep wasn’t there so it took them a while to get my paperwork and key. Your labor rates are extremely high!! All else ok

I was given a direct answer in what needs to be done to fix. While my car was there the tech noticed a few other things like a leak and sensor that was and inside the car. I was told what it was and the cost to fix as well. Luckily I had a 3rd party warranty so some was fixed under that and bmw did a great job communicating with that company and me to get it done quickly and efficientl... read more

"Very professional; Good snacks too. " Very busy which suggests that they have their act together, but also might add to your waiting time. They are willing to go above and beyond what’s required. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, healthy snacks and fun snacks. Big showroom with several models to check out. WiFi works well.
