"Awesome experience as usual!" I brought a new-to-me E46 in for an inspection and the entire experience was exceptional. Derek was super helpful in getting me scheduled and providing me with all of the details and results of the inspection. I was blown away by the video I received with the tech going over the inspection and pointing out everything he found. "Looking forward to this." My service representative was Maria Lizardi. Missed her, as she’s on maternity leave. Actually saw her when I was there, as she visited with her adorable baby. "Great Service" Carlos went above and beyond! I was just visiting Sarasota but was notified my vehicle had a recall. It was a breeze setting up an appointment and getting a loaner which was absolutely necessary. Everyone there is super helpful and I especially appreciated my service advisor Carlos.

"A great experience with Tiffany, she went over the top " Tiffany made the experience amazing. My disappointment was with BMW not knowing how to fix its software to work with the latest Iphone upgrade with Catalina. This was not Tiffany's fault and Greg, the Service Manager called me to explain that it was an issue with Apple. Unfortunately the service center ran a software upgrade on my car which erased all of my favorites and preferences with my computer software.
