"Consistently above and beyond my expectations" I recently brought my car in for a routine visit to the Sarasota BMW Service department. After completing the requested repair it was noted that my batteries may not be optimally Functioning. Even though I expressed no day today concerns with the issue the service department urged me to bring the car in so they could more in-depth look into the issue. "Susan Gatlin" I came in for annual maintenance and walked out with a new 530e which I absolutely love. Susan was great and she is a wonderful representative for your dealership. The total sales experience was flawless and stress free. Fernandez, my service rep, was very influential in recommending that I leave my ten year old i3 and look at a new vehicle. Tammy in financial services was also very professional. Over all it was a great experience!!

"I recently had to bring my car for a slow leak in the..." I recently had to bring my car for a slow leak in the tire. I was first assisted by Loraine who had to order the replacement tire prior to my appointment. She is very professional and thorough. She made sure that the correct tire was ordered confirmed my appointment date, and assisted me with complementary transportation while the service was performed. Loraine is a true professional.

"Great service!" Fast, efficient service and great customer care. I liked the tech video of the services they performed. They are a little pushy with the reviews though. Requiring 25 words minimum means lots of folks will skip this survey altogether.
