"Great Use of Technology " My first experience with Sarasota BMW They quickly diagnosed my engine problem and found an oil leak on my valve cover. I have a 2001 Z3 Roadster with 88K + miles. So an oil leak from the valve cover didn’t surprise me. What did surprise me, was a video from the tech that was working on my car showing and commenting as he went over the various components of the car. I thought this was a great use of technology.

"Addressed issue promptly " I had washer fluid warning light after picking up car from service. Returned next day and dealer checked all and replaced fluid strainer and issue was resolved in prompt friendly manner
