"It was fine. Efficient and there were no surprises. " It was a fine experience. Everyone pleasant and competent. It took awhile, but there was a lot to cover. Your minimum word requirement is stupid and irritating.
"Exceptional Service!!" Great service! I highly recommend BMW of Sarasota. My service advisor, Carlos was very attentive and timely. Comfortable waiting area - they even offer an Uber if you need one.

"Back up light bulb replacement- $62.00. Seems excessive " Uncomfortable with the service protocol. Checked my car in and then waited for my service advisor to complete paperwork that could have been accomplished by the people checking me in. Asked again to wait for my advisor to pay my bill. Seems unnecessary and time consuming. My Chicago dealership is more streamlined and efficient. Sarasota staff was friendly and the waiting room was very well appointed, however. I just didn’t want to spend my day there.
