"Best Bmw service experience in 5 years" The communication updates on the service and the overall experience Carlos provided was the best that I have had compared to any BMW dealer in Tampa Bay, enough so that I will be bringing my car in for servicing all the way from Saint Pete because of the service Carlos provides.
