"Great customer service " Great customer service, however some of the new staff are not real BMW persons and do not understand the passion owners who are also enthusiast have for the brand. Service Advisors should always think about what kind of reward they can offer to loyal customers and not seem to wanting to milk every cent and penny from customers who spends thousands of dollars on their vehicles over their ownership. "Quick and was " Needed simple service was in and out with no hassle and almost no waiting. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. Great cookies and coffee!
