"Convertible Top won’t Retract" This was my first service visit to this dealership as we just moved into the area. We had bought the vehicle at this dealership back in 2009 but immediately took it to the state we lived in at the time. Tiffany Ferrara was my service rep and she made the experience very pleasant. The convertible top on our car wouldn’t go down and when pushing the retract button it made no sound. I suspected either the switch or motor had an issue. "Amazing service, even better customer treatment" I had a bad aftermarket ignition coil go bad and my car was running very rough. I assumed the worse but when I arrived at the service department I was met by a very polite and calming man named Ken. Do not know his last name but he is most of the reason I am writing this review.
