"Oil, oil filter and cabin filters " Derek was my service advisor and as usual he did a great job. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of BMW service, and always takes the time to fully explain problems. Also he presents options for handling maintenance issues. It was a good visit. I appreciate the good work by everyone involved.

"Great overall experience " First visit to this BMW dealership. Other then what seemed an excessive wait (about a three hours) for an oil change and tire rotation the experience was good. Service advisor Tiffany was very friendly kept me informed throughout. Other staff/mechanic were very friendly and facility was clean. As I did expect an extended wait (read some other customer reviews) ... might be a good recommendation to provide quiet /dedicated area with a desk or two.. isolated from general waiting area for those who w... read more

"Professional service as expected from BMW" Used to professional service from my old BMW dealer before I moved to the area and this dealership delivered the same quality service and fit me in on short notice. Only issues were the length of time it took. This should have been a 10 minute job and I was there for 2 hours. Understand mechanics may have been busy with cars there before me, but they should have set my expectations as to how long this would be. "Great service and service advisor " Tiffany was and has been a phenomenal advisor. She walked me through every detail and aspect of what was to be done with my vehicle. She went above and beyond what an average advisor would do. I would highly highly recommend her to anybody, BMW is very fortunate to have an employee as high of a caliber as Tiffany.
