"Found It" Abby our sales person was very good. Made us feel comfortable with our first BMW purchase, She told us she would work with us to get our best deal and she delivered.

"Trade in" Bobby helped meet our needs and was terrific working with us to get us the deal we felt comfortable with. Unfortunately we did have to wait quite long to get all the paperwork signed as they were backed up and didn’t have enough staff.

"Recall " Staff was very nice and polite. In my opinion there were a lot of people taking care of me, maybe even too many. It seemed like they lost communication. At some point no body knew where my car is and when it's ready. I was told it's ready and out of the wash,I walked outside and it was still parked in the sorry row. It's all not in a bad way, I appreciating creating jobs for better customer service, but the communication or the process from when a customer arrives until he leaves can be improved.

"New 2020 X5" This was my 2nd tine purchasing a new car from NayColle Wright at BMW. Sarasota. NayColle is first rate at listening to my concerns and understanding & answering all my questions. In the end I got a great new car that I’m happy to drive! No regrets! Another great experience!

"Service" I had my car in for a nail in the tire and had a great experience. I got an X3MC as a loaner since they accidentally got the wrong tire for my car. Carlos fixed the issue fairly quickly and I was on my way.
