"Tiffany was awesome" I called over a week ago and the scheduler was not very helpful and a little rude, transferring me twice to an advisor who never called me back even after I left a voicemail. Tiffany understood my problem immediately and helped me get everything taken care of. If every other advisor is as talented as Tiffany is, I would refer this dealership for service in a heartbeat.

" Scheduled service" Required needed schedule service was preceeded by reminder communications(appreciated). Service was quickly scheduled and completed quickly. Service rep Tiffany was very product knowledgeable, friendly but professional and a pleasure to work with.

"Great service " Very professional service. Went in for first oil change, they checked for recalls and found one minor one and did it at the same time. Did a great job of washing the inside and outside of the car. My service rep, Tiffany was very friendly and professional

"Recall service" Everything was great I would have loved to have a BMW loaner but I ended up with a little rent car from Hertz but I understand that there are limited in quantity
