"Professional, prompt, courteous, and competent service." My 335i was in need of an oil change, troubleshooting the windshield washer, and checking the air conditioning system. I was cordially greeted upon arrival. The service advisor provided a detailed explanation of the actions to be taken and a realistic time estimate. "DICKINSON 750" Assistant service manager Derrick is always awesome as usual. Kept me in the loop as to when my part would arrive. Derrick has always been outstanding. My only point of contention is that my 2016 750i always seems to be in the shop. Almost like clock work every 3 month. You can forward to BMW headquarters in Munich, Bavaria that I’m disappointed on how often my car is in the shop.
