"Excellent Customer Service!" Tiffany Ferrera was incredible! She took care of everything from start to finish! Taking your car to be serviced is not something anyone looks forward to so when I pulled up and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful it truly made the experience so much better. They really take care of their customers!

"No one is better than Carlos!" Carlos Munoz is the best service guy ever. He really takes care of his customers. He treats everyone as he would like to be treated himself. He takes pride in his work. He knows who everybody is by name and my car there. And if he’s not satisfied with something about the car he may even work on it a bit himself to get it perfect.

"Efficient, Competent, Curtious, Hospitable " Addressing a fuel pump recall for my 535i series. From the moment I entered BMW property I was promptly welcomed and processed for service. With no delay, Carlos took me into his office and explained the procedure and necessity for the recall. Carlos answered all of my concerns in a gentleman like fashion and was very kind and competent. He explained possible future concerns. My car was washed upon completion. My experience with Sarasota BMW was very favorable.
