"Wheel damage" I had scratched the wheel on a curb, but had purchased the tire/insurance when I bought my car. Carlos Munoz, my service advisor, took excellent care of me and my car. He knew the car and immediately knew the wheel had to be sent to an outside vendor to be certain it was properly repaired. There was a bit of an obstacle to overcome due to the policy. "Above and beyond!" Extremely professional operation! Everything went smoothly from the electronic acknowledgment that our vehicle had arrived for service to the prompt arrangement of a rental car. Derek went out of his way to keep us apprised of the work that was being done on the vehicle and he even secured an item that we had left in the rental car! Thank you!

"Excellent service" For Yearly maintenance. My car was serviced, washed, and returned to me an hour before the promised time. I highly recommend this dealership. Carlos and the entire staff work like a well-oiled machine.

"Yearly service" I rated this service center as good, because it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when calling for an appointment. Seems I always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Also, when bringing the car in it seems somewhat disorganized, the service advisor usually is not available and others have to get the paperwork. My rating is based on the level of service that I rec'd from Sale Motors in NC, there dealership and service department were top notch, they were and excellent facility.
