"Derek" Derek has taken care of my BMWs service for over nine years, always with impecable diligence. A warning in my car display was telling me I needed to visit dealer for service of passenger’s security system. It was taken care right away, without prearranged appointment. As I needed oil service very soon, it was also talen care simultaneously.

"Excellent Customer Setvice " BMW roadside assistance was amazing when my car started smoking an hour and a half away . They took my car to BMW of Sarasota as requested and Fernando gave me incredible service when we found out that my starter went in my BMW. He texted me very detailed descriptions of what needed to be done and how much that would cost. We also uncovered the fact that I needed a new tire .
