"New purchase / lease" I am very pleased with your company and employees. We moved here last year had some maint work done with Lewis as our contact person & he is great I asked Lewis of Bee could recommend a sales person. Susan Gatlin. We then started looking at upgrading our 2012 with a CPO. Susan Gatlin showed us a few nice cars then showed us for the same money or less we could lease a 2019 SUV. Susan is great and helped put us in a brand new SUV for less then we we’re paying when we walked in the door.

"Diagnosis oil leak" Oil leak diagnosed as aftermarket oil filter problem. In less than a few hours at home, oil leak still there. Will return on Tuesday to see if oil pan gasket is the culprit. Staff was pleasant but because I live in Venice, I am spending too much time getting to the bottom of this problem. Hope this next visit does the trick!

"Good service experience" Carlos got me in quickly. He gave me my options and explained everything. I’ve been to a lot of bmw/Mercedes/Audi dealers for service over the years. Most times I feel like you don’t have a chance. At Sarasota, at least with Carlos, I feel like I’m getting honest feedback.
