"My service experience at BMW of Sarasota " I had a service scheduled with Carlos to have my tire replaced, aligned, and oil change. He was very prompt and kind. He also answered all of my questions and was honest and knowledgeable about my vehicle and it’s needs. I really appreciate his hospitality and would refer him and BMW of Sarasota to anyone! "Customer Service" My saleswoman Ms NayColle Wright went out of her way to ensure I felt as if I was her #1 customer. She was very knowledgeable of the car I was buying and NO question went unanswered. Furthermore, Ms Wright is the epitome of what customer service should be.
