"Sarasota BMW " This is been my favorite dealership for over 14 years they have serviced every BMW I’ve ever owned their courteous the shop is clean and Maria the service assistant is the best

"Their word is their bond. Eric Reeves salesman rocks!" Sarasota BMW and Eric Reeves sales rep and Jesus finance rep took great care of me and knew what I wanted and made the deal happen. New service manager is rocking it out of the park. Great place to get and keep a BMW and BMW is the best vehicle as far as I am concerned. Checked out alternatives at Mercedez and Audi and others but always come back to BMW to get a new car. Nothing like the new X5.

"Happy to report!" Derek was very good on greeting me & explaining what the problem might be. I was given a choice to do updates then or in the future. I chose immediate fix & he kept me posted several times during the 3 hour process. So far the software update has worked perfectly.

"Service for replacement of a tire that was going flat. " Service prompt, cheerful, and service technician informative and professional. Arranged for an Uber ride home as I would have to wait for a tire to be ordered and delivered on Monday.
