"Eddie was the best!" From the start my experience with Eddie was fantastic. He was warm, knowledgeable and fun. He was also patient with my MANY questions and never made me feel pressured to buy. I was nervous about making such a big purchase but Eddie made it a wonderful experience!

"Gave the feeling of a long time customer" We visited BMW of Sarasota tp purchase a used Cadillac SRX. Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Naycolle was fantastic and made us feel like we've been clients of BMW Sarasota for years! There was no bias that we were buying a used car, we received the same top-notch treatment that everyone else received. "Driver's door grab handle replacement" Carolos Munoz helped me find an easy solution to the deteriorating material on the inside of the grab handle unit - a plasticized rubber that softens over time. Accelerated by the heat of the Florida sun - not a problem in Germany where the car was designed/built? The Center's "upholstery guy" also dyed the handle section leaving the whole unit looking new. Very happy with this service on my '11 535i, restoring an area of the interior to "like new" after 8+ years on the road.
