"Maps Update process needs more understanding" Had tires checked - still good with discussions for future when ready. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We wanted to purchase "map updates" for navigation but we had questions- we wanted to know if we purchase the 2 yr subscription what happens after the 1st year. Do we have to get a new usb or code, and how to go about it? No one could answer how the computer would know we could get the updates. It became likely that the usb would... read more

"Highest quality service at a dealer service department" Carlos Munoz with the Service Department is the best! He is professional, courteous, efficient and accommodating. Carlos arranged transportation for us and he ensured that all of our service requests were taken care of. Carlos even had our BMW washed!
