"recent BMW_X5 fix" Service was solid _ Derek was very helpful with everything _ was a little disappointed that I had to come back to the dealership as the casing on the steering wheel was not fully connected after the work that was done and I was not going to try and fix the problem given what I paid for the work but when I contacted Derek he was apologetic and helpful

"Easy in and out." Susan and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I prices were better than Fort Myers and Naples. I will recommend to BMW Sarasota to my friends.

"Professional " From the moment I drove into the service department until I drove out there was an air of professionalism. I had an emergency pop up and Valentina got me an Uber within minutes and one to get me back just as quickly. Excellent experience!

"Abby 's outstanding help at BMW!" I had been looking online for a white X3 for over 6 months when I first met Abby at the BMW dealership in Sarasota. She was diligent in her search to assist my needs and find the perfect car. With her assistance and ability for negotiation she made it happen and I now have my Dream Car. In addition Abby spent extensive time reviewing and going over all the perks and features of the car . I can't thank Abby enough for all her energy, caring and expertise. She is amazing!!!!!
