"BMW Sarasota A-1. " Carlos Munoz is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The service in the Sarasota dealership is excellent. All personnel friendly and caring. Especially Susan Schoengold who gave me her own personnel chair to use for 2 hours. My one complaint is that I am under 5 ‘ and your chairs are for people way over my height. She made my wait comfortable and went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you Susan.

"Another Great Srrvice Experience" Derrick Thomas;ASM; has the ability to take a customers concerns and convert them into action ; behind the curtain ; with technicians resolve all issues. I’ve never had my vehicle delivered back to me incomplete, unless a part had to be ordered.

"Flexible Service" So I had an issue with my windshield washer fluid shooting out on the windshield about 2 inches. Not good. Called Jessica to schedule an appt. to have it checked out. Jessica returned my call, accommodated my request to bring my car in ...reviewed my file said I was due to a service check, so I decided to wait a little longer to have the car serviced and windshield wiper situation resolved. All good.
