"Annual service" My service experience was great. From the greeter to Maria, my service manager, everything was easy and professional. The lobby waiting area is very nice as well. My service was done quickly.

"Incredible clean and modern store with great service." I will be back to buy another vehicle from this location and from my sales agent. She did an incredible job and blew me away with her product knowledge. The GM made me a great deal that was smooth and did not take much of my time.

"Quick Turnaround" Went to service dep’t w/o appointment to get trunk latch fixed. Trunk was in locked down position and would not open, period. Problem was resolved by “breaking in” through back seat and then replacing entire latch system. Costly to be sure, but confidence inspiring. Very helpful and friendly service at all times.

"Recall on 3 series" Excellent process for recall. Only issue was that the hertz paperwork could be pre-filled upon arrival as I waited for over 30 minutes for that portion of the event.
