"Outstanding Customer Service" Recently purchased a new 2020 Z4 from Jack Hojnacki. The time Jack spent helping me build my car was greatly appreciated. He also accomodated my schedule and agreed to meet when it was convenient for me. I think I can sum up my feelings about Jack by saying that this is the 10th BMW I’ve purchased from Jack, 13 BMWs if you include the cars my wife has purchased. I will only deal with Jack when I purchase a car!

"100% positive" I have driven Porsches for the last 12 years but I have had a number of unprofessional experiences with the Porsche dealership here. That is why I choose to buy a BMW. If yesterday’s experience with Naycolle and Mia are examples of what to expect in the future with BMW, then I have definitely made the right decision. Plus I love my X5.

"Personal Attention" Another great experience with personal attention from Lewis Mention III. Lewis has been assigned as my Service Manager contact at BMW Sarasota. Have always had good experience with Lewis. Car was ready when promised, all items were attended to. One item related to an alert received about a fault with the passenger side air bag.
