"#1 in service" In March my X5 started having a "heavy battery drain" warning. I scheduled service and the old battery was replaced. Two days later I got the same alert. My service advisor, Seth Rogers, scheduled the car back into diagnosis the problem. He provided a rental car and said the diagnosis would be completed at no charge. After several days of working on the car's electrical system, the diagnosis was made, the part was ordered, the car was repaired & I have had not further problems.
