"Work is good, staff is nice, pricing is too high" All goes well until you get the bill. Price for a replacement fob is ridiculous. Would keep me from purchasing another BMW. Too bad s this is my 4th.

"The BEST service department I have ever worked with!!!!!" Exceptional service by an exceptional team!!! It becomes obvious within minutes of arrival that this is a very well managed department. The entire transaction from start to finish was seamless. unfortunately I have never been able to say that after service at any other BMW service center!!!! Well done BMW of Sarasota!!!!!!!
