"BMW Excellence" Excellent service and courteous staff. Provided transport to a local restaurant so I didn't have to wait on site. Complementary car wash. Great experience.

"Chris Siriphokha was Awesome!" Went into BMW of Sarasota for my first BMW. Christopher was kind and knowledgeable and made sure that we were comfortable and worked with us on a deal for a M235i. Great dealership and will be visiting since again once I am ready for my next BMW. Jesus Castillo their Financial Manager was also professional and thoughtful.

"Awesome!" Great people to work with. Emilo is the General sales manager for new and used vehicles, Hes truly the most kind hearted person ever to work in a dealership. We've known him for 12 years. Hopefully hes there for another 12 years. Employees always have smiles on. I'm on my 5th BMW, most of the employees still work there. That's a plus. "Exceptional Service " I brought my M2 in for service and the service manager was exceptional. He pointed out some things that he would attend to without my asking him to do so. I highly recommend his service department.

"Sceduled maintenence" Took my 2018 X1 in for scheduled maintenance. They completed it, gave me a detailed list of what they did and checked. This was a free visit for the included services, and there was no pressure to purchase or do anything extra. The waiting room is nice; with a television, and plenty of snacks, waters, sodas, cookies, etc.. Car came back washed and vacuumed . Overall, I was pleased.
