"A friendly and courteous service adviser" Judy was very good, but the actual service work seemed pretty slow. The guys that greeted me did not seem to question whether I actually had an appointment, even though my name was on the welcome screen. Chris S.- who sold us our car last year- is always very friendly

"Oil change maintenance " Excellent service. Maria ( Valentina) was very attentive to my needs (helped me rescue a misplaced wallet!) and made sure as much as possible that I was not inconvenienced by this maintenance.

"Service " I was greeted by Johnny O , super friendly and accommodating and helpful . Had a great chat with Eric who leased my car to me , again ,super friendly . Waiting for the car to be serviced is always a pleasure , the lounge area is comfortable with lots of goodies to munch on with good coffee . "Excellent Service Experience" I setup and appointment with Carlos Muñoz to service my 2015 BMW M4. Carlos made sure the appointment accommodated my schedule. He arranged for a loaner which was ready when I arrived at the dealership. The work was completed on the same day ahead of his estimated timeframe. Upon my arrival at the dealership, he personally greeted me. To my surprise, he had my car washed and beautifully cleaned.
