"Tatiana is the real deal" Such a great experience at BMW of Sarasota. Much less high pressure than other dealers I've been to. Was there for a while, but it didnt feel like it with the perfect mix of business and comfort. So happy with convertible too.

"Service " Carlos is a great CS rep. and is extremely helpful. One thing I did notice, was the service light/ counter was not reset after my oil change.

"3rd BMW lease from Sarasota since 2013" I always get great customer service from BMW of Sarasota. Since moving back to FL in 2013, I’ve leased 3 vehicles (X3, 328i and X1). They have never been beat on pricing and everyone is always so friendly. It keeps me coming back!
