"Friendly, efficient." The employees were thorough and accommodating. They explained all aspects of the checkup and what was to be expected. When problems were found, they offered suggestions to make everything easier for me.

"Great service" Total experience was as easy as possible. I was greeted promptly and was able to get a hot drink right away. The wait was comfortable and pleasant. My Service Advisor kept me informed and my car was washed before it was returned to me. The Director of Customer Relations was very helpful and answered my questions.

"Stellar Customer Service Indeed!" For the past 6 months I've been meaning to return to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I wanted to upgrade from my X1. "The story of my dream car" It’s a long story, but I’ll give the short version. I’d always wanted an X3, and BMW of SRQ made it happen.
