"Great car buying experience " I've worked with a lot of dealerships in my years, but I will put BMW of Sarasota as the best by far, the staff was great Naycole my sales associate and Mr Caz the finance department, I have nothing but good words for the great people who took care of me, When I'm ready to upgrade I will come back to BMW of Sarasota.

"Amazingly service oriented people!" This is about a purchase made online! At first I thought it couldn’t be done you know buying a car without testing it and touching it. But.. "Friendly, knowledgeable and honest" I have purchased 16 BMW's from Jack Hojnacki. I've recommended BMW of Sarasota (Jack) because of the way he does business He's knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. He always takes the time to see me and to handle any issues that may occur. Also had a terrific experience with Genius Juan Cruz. He helped us figure out some of the new features on this 2020. Found an imperfection with the convertible top and Derek Thonas was " right on it."

"Excellent Service" I left a message with Maria to schedule an appointment since Carlos, my long service rep, had left and was surpraised almost immediately got contacted back by him. I got my appointment in the next 48 hours and as usual Carlos was friendly and efficient. I got my car back in 3 hours with a car wash included!
