"Snakes in a bmw" Great people, great service. Although saying in 25 words to get out is a bit much. Again Carlos was great, very efficient Glad we amused the staff with our hitchhiking reptile!
"My Third Car from BMW of Sarasota" This was my third BMW from this dealership since 2004. Each time I have bought, I have been impressed with the depth of understanding and consideration expressed by all levels of employees. This last purchase was the first time I designed my car from scratch, and found the experience thrilling.

"Great Experience!" Went in for a service and left with a new BMW 530 I. Chris Siriphokha was the best. Knowledgeable, no nonsense and came in with a fair deal! Jesus was a pro. Great dealership!!!

"New Purchase of BMW X5 2019" Friendly, helpful and detailed discussions on the purchasing process.The only drawback is the financial discussion, after you believe you have discussed all the purchasing options. This important discussion is completed with an individual you have not met before and then begin to discuss many additional purchase options. If this post discussion is so important, shouldn't it be discussed up front, or at least discussed very early in the purchasing decisions.
"Excellent customer service." Carlos was honest, communicated the requirements to fix my car, provide transportation during the repair, had it done on time and at the cost quoted.

"Carlos does a great job! " Carlos listens to my concerns. He gives me very clear information when I have a question about my car and takes care of whatever needs to be done in a timely fashion. My husband and I are extremely pleased With Carlos and this BMW dealership.When I learned that 2 of my tires were quite worn Carlos expedited arranging for new tires and a loaner car. I was very pleased with the speed with which he accomplished this! Especially as it was right around Xmas!
