"Unscheduled service visit" Despite not having an appointment when my tire pressure light indicated a problem I drove to Sarasota BMW for service. They diagnosed the problem,realized they didn't have the replacement tire in stock, ordered it immediately, gave me a loaner car to use, and fixed the problem so that I could pick up my car later in the day. It was smooth, no hassle service.

"Very well taken care of. " My M235i was having issues leaking oil, and is still under warranty so I called up BMW and described my issue. An hour later I was in a loaner, and the next day I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. They fixed it, did some extra preventative maintenance for me, and washed and cleaned it and had it sitting pretty waiting for me when I arrived.
